hangin in portland, waitin on baby

after packing up everything we could fit into four suitcases, we made a quick (two week) stop in portland to visit the wilsons.  charlotte was due to have baby asher any day which left the four of us hooligans to pal around and wait for our very first nephew to arrive...

sometimes you just have to get in the car and wait for this look to melt off of your face.   

the portland zoo isn't for babies. 

 it's for married couples who look like they're angsty teens.

one morning, the snows and these wilsons walked over to memorial park and look what we stumbled upon! these goats are cleaning up the ivy in the forest.  

the rose gardens.  if you know jeremy, then you know that he tried to smell every single one.

two seconds before we went to the hospital four hours early.

and i sent this to my family while the snows/wilsons were out rock climbing/golfing. 

clearly i had better things to do.
